a space to pause

In a world that often asks us to move faster, achieve more, and push difficult feelings aside, my work offers a different experience—a quiet place to pause, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves.

Created through an intuitive process of layered color, texture, and expressive mark-making, my paintings are less about depicting a landscape than creating an atmosphere.

They are spaces where tenderness, uncertainty, joy, grief, and hope can exist together without needing to be fixed.

Maybe, like me, you've repressed emotions to keep the peace. The only place it's ever left me is a dull shade of gray, void of color.

I found my feelings in art again with no words needed. To me, feelings are the richness of humanity - messy and alive.

Hopefully the owners of my paintings carry the peace of knowing (and loving) all of themselves.
